Bu durumu ya\u015fayanlar buna genellikle \u201c<em>kriz<\/em>\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 vermektedir ve bu n\u00f6betlere\u00a0<em>PAN\u0130K ATA\u011eI\u00a0<\/em>denir. Panik Ata\u011f\u0131,\u00a0<strong>birdenbire ba\u015flar<\/strong>, giderek \u015fiddetlenir ve 10 dakika i\u00e7inde \u015fiddeti en yo\u011fun d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kar; \u00e7o\u011fu zaman 10-30 dakika devam ettikten sonra kendili\u011finden ge\u00e7er. Fakat hastalar bunu ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 esnada sanki hi\u00e7 ge\u00e7meyecekmi\u015f ve bu durumdan kurtulamayacakm\u0131\u015f gibi hissederler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>          Panik atak belirtileri; nefes almada g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck hissi, bo\u011fulma hissi, nefes alamama, kalp \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131, mide bulant\u0131s\u0131, g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131, ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi, sersemlik, bay\u0131lma hissi, terleme, \u00fcrperme, s\u0131cak basmas\u0131, uyu\u015fma ya da kar\u0131ncalanma ve titreme \u015feklindedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>          <strong>Panik Bozukluk:<\/strong> Panik ataklar\u0131n tekrarlay\u0131c\u0131 ve beklenmedik olmas\u0131, yeni bir panik atak ge\u00e7irece\u011fi ile ilgili s\u00fcrekli kayg\u0131 duyma, bu nedenle \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc duyma durumudur. Hastalar bu ataklar\u0131 ya\u015famamak i\u00e7in ka\u00e7\u0131nma (<em>baz\u0131 eylemleri yapmama<\/em>) ve g\u00fcvenlik sa\u011flama (<em>yan\u0131nda su, ila\u00e7 veya yak\u0131n birini bulundurma<\/em>) gibi k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli i\u015fe yarayan fakat hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n s\u00fcre\u011fenle\u015fmesine neden olan i\u015flevsiz davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 geli\u015ftirirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>          Panik Bozuklu\u011fu iyi bilinen ve s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir rahats\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r. Toplum i\u00e7inde g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k % 3-4 t\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>          <strong>Panik Bozuklu\u011fu, tedavisi olan bir hastal\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/strong> <strong>\u0130la\u00e7 tedavisi\u00a0 ve Bili\u015fsel-Davran\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131 Terapi (BDT) etkinli\u011fi kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f y\u00f6ntemlerdir. Terapide b<\/strong>elirtiler\u00a0<strong>hakk\u0131ndaki\u00a0 yanl\u0131\u015f bilgi ve inan\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesi<\/strong>\u00a0ve hastan\u0131n bu belirtiler ile ba\u015f edebilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131r.
